Episode 1- Susan

Meet Susan. Susan Steen is the other half of Molly and Susan, the mother-in-law so very grateful for the friend she found in her daughter-in-law. Like Molly, Susan has seen community in a lot of different places and faces. Sharing her story isn’t always comfortable, but neither was it for Molly. Since she went first, it’s only fair for Susan to spill her guts, we mean share her journey. We hope these first two episodes give you an idea of why these two creative ladies believe Creating More Community is an important topic for this first season.

Episode 0 – Molly

Meet Molly. Molly Steen is the star of the first episode, named Episode 0 because…technology. Anyway, in order to talk about creating more community in our world, Molly and Susan need to spend the first couple of episodes catching you up on who they are, how they got here together, and what community looks like to both of them — both earlier in life and today.

Molly decided to throw herself to the wolves and go first. That’s an important quality in a friend — going first. Sharing a story means being vulnerable. You just might hear your own story in the words to follow. Get ready, here’s Molly!
